Living the high life!

Is what I have been doing lately! This weekend I went to charity balll for woman to woman. It is in aid of miscarriages and stillbirths and gives money for genetic research and support to families who go through this. It was in a fantastic hotel with a spa which we were able to use so went in the steam room, jacuzzi and sauana and then got ready and had a three course meal, drinks dancing and a raffle.

To go down to the hotel I wore

The good, the bad and the ugly!

Well its been a funny old week here! To start with a very bad photo of my outfit of the day (taken in housenates room, must get a full length mirror in my room)

Jacket H&M, top H&M worn with grey tailored trousures from Jane Norman and M&S shoes. Just realised I wear those M&S babies everywhere just because they are so comfy.....tomorrow will wear different shoes.

So as I said a rather strange week. I will start with the bad and work up....so the ugly. Came home sat night and had ahem *relations* with my flatmate which is always a stupid thing to do but that was fine. Then on Sunday he had a friend come to stay for a few days (friend is still here) and friend is a girl. Who is thinner than me. And staying in his room. Now don't get me wrong we are not in a relationship and he can do whatever (and whoever) he likes.....but I feel weird. I mean he could have waited 24 hours at least before there was another woman in his bed!

The bad-my boss has an interview at another school tomorrow. At first I was really gutted but now I am starting to think this could be a bloody good thing for me. Since he is married and we have been carryuing on since last Jule this needs to end big time. At the moment he is ignoring me and doesn't look at me at all let alone speak to me unless it is strictly work related. I know I am a complee cliche but all I want is any sort of atemtion from him.........he hasnt touched me in weeks and basically shows precisley no interest in me! I don't know who I am more angry at....him or myself.

Note the bad and the ugly that are going in this week are completely my own doing!

Anyway for the good....well I got observed by senior staff this am for my perfprmance management and got outstanding in all areas! An aquaintance has come back from travelling and seems to becoming a really good mate, going for a curry on friday and a ball on saturday!

Life isn't so bad!

Well I have been an extremely lucky girl! I was selected to go on a management coursen run by the senior leadership teram in school, all in all 11 of us went down to produce a document on management (seems strange to think of schools being managed but as well as a teacher I am a middle manager). So we went down to the south coast on Thursday night, were out up in the most beautfiul hotel, had food and  drinks included (champagne on friday night!) literally didn't pay for a thing it was absolutely fantastic, I feel very privilidged to have gone and I learned a lot.

Anyway considering I was only there two days the amount of clothing I took was riddiculous! I cannot pack light.

For dinner on the first night I wore

Funny story behind this one I was on a residential trip with my 6th form and on the last night one of the girls came down wearing it and I loved it (shes 10 years younger than me) We got the plane back to Britian and before I even went home I went and bought this.

River Island dress -  I love this so much, it isn't to everybodies taste but I feel so elegant in it!

So today I have several options, housemate has asked me to go biking, need to go into town and my parents have been to a wedding so are popping in on their way back....yey! Not sure what to do though feeling quite sleepy so may go for back to bed with my book.............

Anybody watch Eurovision? Personally I was rooting for Spain, I really liked their song, felt bad they didnt do better!

Well my beloved (under guarantee I may add) laptops cable has broken. PC World know its under guarantee and know the have to replace it but are not being overally helpful about it! Mood! Anyway means I am using my work laptop to do this which feels quite naughty!

So some piccys! Well about 2 weeks ago it was my birthday and I recieved

 Believe it or not the above is from my ex.....and we split 7 years ago! Still good mates though and I love this!

I also had a chanel mascara from my rents and money from my Nan so did pretty well.

Today I was extremely hungover, went out last wore my lovely Matalan dress. Will recreate that outfit next weekend when Im away I think so will photo then. Was quite proud today; went and did a few errands. Got my boots reheeled so they will be all ready for next winter, went to the library, got some picture hooks to hang my pictures. For running round town I wore the following

bad internet and a life update

Booooooooooooooo my internet is down! And PC world are not being overly helpful! Anyway back to work today after a gorgeous long weekend, quite fancy  3 day week more! Woud love to work a 3 day week but cant see that happening anytime in the next 30 odd years!

So whats a girl to do if she cant blog about her lovely outfits....talk about boys of course! Basically my love life is the biggest mess since............something extremely messy! Now I may upset people with what I am about to say but the blog is about me and whats going on with my life and how things affect me.

There are three men in my life at the moment and each is more unsuitable than the last! There is my married boss, my housemate and my ex.  My main problem is my self esteem is so riddicuously low that I will go pretty much with any man, hnce the married man (who of course being a riddiculous cliche I have fallen for) I know I have no-one to blame ut myself and believe me i am not looking for any sympathy at all! I am conctantly angry all the day-however I am seeing a councellor at the moment and ne of the things she told me to do was to write down stuff, I did start but it wasnt quite hitting the spot, I am hoping that blogging may scratch the proverbial itch for me that writing id nit, expecially since I can talk about my clothes as well as what is going on in my mind.....................thats the idea anyway...............
