Hello there!

I hope you all had an absolutely fabulous Christmas! Yet again it has been so long since I have blogged! Always surprises me how quick time goes.So 2013 is just around the corner and ladies it is going to be a good one! I have many a plan!

2013 is going to be the year that I:

Go skiing
Run a half marathon
get a new job
Go to two weddings and a hen do
move house (hopefully for the job!)
do an epic cycle
and go glamping in a safari park!


Do you know the best part of all this is 4 of them are booked and there are two job apps on my computer!

13 maybe unlucky for some but not for us!

Now being a rather avid reader of blogs I am always in awe of bloggers who have 100s of followers...seriously how do they do it! Now I have had this blog for over a year and it has never been my intention to blog in order to get followers but we all know a little bit of attention is nice! Hi there!

Goodness time has flown! Don't know why I go so long without blogging! Hope everyone is well!

So I have had a mixed week, on the one hand I have had some super news on the other hand life especially my love life has been really hard so rather than dwell on the I thought i would tell you (and remind myself!) about some awesome things that have happened!

So I got a new phone after a fall out with o2

First ever Iphone! Iphone 4s, very excited! Down loaded loads of free apps :)

And I am going to San Francisco!

 

In February I am going to San Francisco with the school on the ski trip! Applied last year found out yesterday! Well chuffed! Never been skiing before so this is the perfect trial for me to see if I like it! Also haven't been to states for yearsd and never been to San Francisco!

A day in photos

Hello

Hope everybody has had a lovely weekend! My Sunday was a bit more exciting than I though when an old mate from London called and said did I want to meet up so he came down and we went for a lovely big Weatherspoons fry up. then popped out to do a bit of shopping

They are not the prettiest I have seen but I really wanted comfortable school shoes and they do the job, also my mate gave me a 20% off voucher for Clarks!

I also got this in a charity shop. So pleased its a Marian Keyes that has been re released and it was exactly what I went looking for!

you know when you find something in your wardrobe you love but had forgotten about....isn't that the best thing ever

So I paired it with my new favourite denim shirt from H&M

Scandal

Good morning lovely people!

Hope you are all well and happy it is the weekend! It is gorgeous here hope the sun is shining where you are. so last night it being a Friday I came in, put joggers on and read the sun online (my secret vice) and saw the whole Kate Middleton topless scandal. I browsed through it and can understand why they are upset but the main thing that struck me about the article was her dress!

 

This Alice Temperly number is so beautiful! I want I want I want! (please)

 

So I think it is fair to say I am developing a crush, I even like the way Kate did her hair

 

 So elegant! I wish to be elegant!

 

Dear Mr Hair dresser and Mr Primark can you make me look like this please?

Day at the farm

Hello there

What a gorgeous day! My friend asked me in the week if I fancied meeting up in London and going to the Imperial War Museum, a place I love but when she heard how gorgeous the weather was going to be she found Bockeets Farm which is roughly in the middle of us (I'm in Reading shes in Kent) so with another mate I set off this morning.

Its an opal, probably my favourite stone, I went to an actual opal mine and bought it there.

Bockets farm was lovely, of course we were the only people there who didn't have children but we really enjoyed. They have small animals like rabbits, Guinea pigs and mice

 

As well as larger animals like cows, alpacas, sheep, goats, horse and donkeys. My favourite though had to be the pigs

 

 

 

we were able to feed the animals, pat them and for younger ones there were pony rides etc. Although I am far too old it was a really nice way to spend a sunny day!

Thai there

Hello

Hope you are all well, for me it is the last weekend of the holidays....eeeeeek! Back to school on Monday.

So while I was off back packing in Oz a very good friend of mine went to Thailand for a month. It sounded like she had an amazing time, rode elephants, patted tigers and her photos are just beautiful. So being a good friend she bought me some Thailand goodies back.

Its a pen, how cool will I look in meetings holding this with the lid on maming everyone else hungry.

 

Its funny I love the thai pants and would quite happily wear them when I was on holiday but not here. Have you got any clothes no matter how much you love them you wouldn't wear out of your home?
